We want to give the next generation a beautiful earth.
environmentally friendly manufacturing processes,
while working to make effective use of resources,
We implement sustainable initiatives
constantly on a daily basis.
Sanyo Senko uses dyeing technology and thinking skills to create products that are environmentally and socially friendly.
We pursue a production system with minimal environmental impact, such as reducing the amount of dyes, water, and energy used and reviewing wastewater treatment.
We work with our customers and partners to solve problems throughout the supply chain.
We propose "sustainable options" that achieve both efficiency and quality while also improving corporate value.
Developing technologies that will last into the future and leading the entire industry in a sustainable direction.
We will move forward step by step with the reliable power of dyeing.
Sanyo Senko is working on six key issues (materialities) to create a better future.
By identifying materiality and establishing a promotion system, we aim to achieve responsible manufacturing and a sustainable society and environment.
We believe that each action adds up, making the world richer and the future brighter.
We have published the "Partnership Building Declaration" to fulfill our social responsibility throughout our supply chain. Under this declaration, we aim to strengthen trust with our clients and build sustainable partnerships through the promotion of fair and transparent transactions.
(Supply Chain)
We also strive to create a fair trading environment by thoroughly complying with the Act on Prevention of Delays in Payment of Fees to Small and Medium-Sized Contractors Regarding Manufacturing Outsourcing. Support the sound operation of subcontractors and increase sustainability across the supply chain by ensuring transaction transparency and compliance with appropriate terms and conditions and payments.
We have positioned the promotion of gender equality and diversity as important management issues, and are working to create a work environment where diverse human resources can play an active role. We actively promote employment for the elderly, women, and people with disabilities, and we promote workplaces that respect their individuality and abilities.
(Gender Equality)
We support the "Fukuyama City Green Manufacturing Company Challenge Declaration" and the "Hiroshima Prefecture Reskilling Promotion Declaration," and are working to promote environmentally friendly manufacturing and improve employee skills.
(Gender Equality)
With "health management" as our core policy, we aim to improve the health and job satisfaction of our employees, thereby improving our company's productivity and contributing to society. We support each employee to live a healthy and fulfilling life by improving the safety and health environment in the workplace, introducing health promotion programs, and strengthening mental health care.
These efforts have been recognized, and we have been certified as a Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation. We will keep striving for continuous improvement in order to build a sustainable working environment.
We are focused on building flexible supply structures to meet changing market needs. In particular, by taking on the challenge of small lot production, we have a system in place that can quickly respond to the demand for low volume production of multiple products. This allows us to meet the diverse needs of our customers, reduce inventory risk and make better use of resources.
(Supply Structure)
We strive to improve production efficiency and optimize costs by refining our production plans. We improve the accuracy of plans using digital tools and manage progress in real time, and establish an efficient production system that eliminates waste.
(Supply Structure)
We are committed to enhancing quality control and reducing defect rates. We strive to maintain and improve quality by enhancing detailed on-site inspection systems and training our employees regularly.
(Supply Structure)
To maintain the health of the entire supply chain, we ensure that we have the appropriate business terms and conditions in place and comply with them. Conduct fair and transparent transactions and build trust with all business partners.
We aim to improve operational efficiency and productivity by driving digitalization. By actively introducing cashless and paperless operations, we simplify business processes, reduce costs, and operate more environmentally friendly. This increases the speed and accuracy of operations and creates an environment where employees can focus on high value-added operations.
(DX)
We are leveraging IoT technology to improve quality control and operational efficiency in our manufacturing sites. Real-time data collection and analysis with sensors ensures constant monitoring of product quality, enabling early detection of anomalies and rapid response. In addition, by automating and optimizing work processes, it reduces human errors and significantly improves overall work efficiency. This ensures consistent quality, high productivity and provides customers with the products and services they trust.
We consider community contributions to be an important duty and actively promote community revitalization efforts. Through our participation in Fukuyama Rose Fighters, we strive to create employment opportunities in the region and aim to increase the population of the region.
